REQUIREMENTS:

Valid front-line SIA License
Valid Driving UK License (3 points or less)
Personal presentation of a very high standard
Proficient level of English language
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to always demonstrate a professional attitude.
Be able to deliver high standards of service excellence.
Be a team player and customer focused.
Flexibility, be able to work unsocial hours including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Mobile Response and Welfare Officer, you will play a crucial role in our Security Team, responding to alarm callouts primarily across the Northwest, with occasional travel further afield when required. Your key responsibilities will include attending alarm activations, ensuring site security, and conducting welfare checks on security officers. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new sites, ensuring they are operational and compliant with company standards. This role requires flexibility, as responding to urgent incidents may occasionally require working outside of standard hours (Paid).
The role is based in Chorley, with travel across the region as part of the job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to Alarm Activations and conducting Mobile Patrols on behalf of our clients.
Conducting welfare visits to our field based employees, listening to their concerns, feedback, and ideas. Providing support to our colleagues whenever it is required.
Ensuring site compliance during visits.
Maintaining the company vehicles.
Supporting new site mobilisations alongside our Operational team.
Support developing and training our Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management teams around our Employee Application and Incident Reporting Techniques.
Working hand in hand with our Communications Centre to drive Key Business Reporting and Service Excellence.
Conduct the Open and Locking of buildings and similar on behalf of our clients.
Truly being one of a group of people who are the face of the Business amongst our Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management teams.
