Mobile Security Patrol Officer required in Taunton, Somerset and local areas
Vehicle provided for patrols, but must have own transport to get to and from the office in Taunton.
Pay Rate: £13.30 p/h (double time for bank holiday)
Shift Pattern: Determined by Rota, usually between 14-20 shifts per month (averages 52 hours per week)
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 18:00 - 02:00 (including some bank holidays)

• Full clean driving licence - Essential
• SIA frontline licence - Essential
• Experience in a similar role – Desired

MOBILE SECURITY OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility and Reliability is a must!
• Must hold a valid Front Line SIA Licence (minimum Security)
• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Ideally held a full clean UK driving licence for over two years
• Must have own transport to get to and from work (BS35)
• Must have a minimum of 5 year checkable employment history (or back to leaving education)
• Must be reliable, flexible and self-motivated
• Must have a good command of the English Language, both verbal and written
• Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Security Officer to join our expanding team. Your duties will include carrying out routine and reactive security tasks across Taunton, Somerset and local areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine security patrols and inspections.
• Perform lock and unlock duties for client properties.
• Inspect vacant properties for security risks.
• Respond to alarm activations and incidents promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, attendances and incidents.
• Ensure the security of premises within your defined portfolio.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional attitude whilst working under pressure.
