Title: Mobile Security Supervisor
Location: Welland
Wage: $19.06 per hour
Position: Full Time
Shifts : Wed & Thurs: 1600-0100; Sat & Sun: 0600-1400
Allied Universal® is hiring Professional Mobile Security Supervisors for a site in Welland. As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will lead a mobile security team, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises through effective leadership, coordination, and response. The Supervisor will work closely with clients and security professionals, ensuring the highest level of service and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have G Driver’s License with at least 1 year of driving experience in Canada, a clean driver’s abstract and be at least 25 years of age due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, working in all weather conditions including cold and heat, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years of experience in mobile security.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and law enforcement.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise mobile patrols, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Implement crisis management protocols during emergencies.
  • Act as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Monitor patrol routes, adjusting for optimal coverage and response times.
  • Coordinate with clients, property managers, and law enforcement on security issues.
  • Maintain records of patrol activities and incidents, preparing reports for management.
  • Ensure patrol vehicles and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Stay updated on security trends, recommending improvements.
  • Assist with office tasks, including greeting visitors, distributing uniforms, and distributing information.
