Allied Universal is Seeking Mobile Security Supervisors in various locations in Toronto for a renowned financial institution.
Job Title: Mobile Security Supervisor
Job Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time including weekends.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Requirements: G License, Clean Driver’s Abstract and 25 years age or above for insurance purposes.
Overview:
Allied Universal is currently hiring Mobile Security Supervisors to provide professional, front-line security services for a prestigious financial institution. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a background in corporate security.

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions :

  • Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property
  • Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities
  • Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies
  • Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation

Requirement:

  • Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
  • Experience with report writing and note-taking.
  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
  • Valid ON Security Guard License.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada over 40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to provide a clear driver’s abstract and ON Full G license.
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Must be at least 25 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
