JOB OVERVIEW

The MOBILE Security Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and visitors. This position involves overseeing security operations, implementing loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the effective use of surveillance equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to respond swiftly to any security incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and prevent potential security breaches.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Train and mentor security personnel in best practices for safety and emergency response, including first aid procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and security breaches for management review.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required to enhance overall security measures.
