MOBILE SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT – KINCARDINE AND OAKLEY

Your base shop will be Kincardine but you will be expected to travel to different shops, including Oakley and across Stirling & surrounding areas depending on the demands of the company.

Responsibilities

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY OR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A RETAIL OR CUSTOMER FACING ENVIRONMENT, HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE & YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT. YOU WILL BE PAID A GENEROUS MILEAGE ALLOWANCE.

You will be given various shifts - which will change week to week and will include weekends (when rostered on) between 4:30 am and 5 pm - any 5 days from 7. Please only apply if you can commit to this.
30 hours per week (although additional hours may be available).
£12.69 per hour plus an excellent benefits package (see below).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Prepare and serve customers with our award winning range of bakery products.
  • Set up and maintain counter and window displays.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Leading by example and living our values every day (Customer Focus, Respect, Continuous Improvement & Sustainability)
  • Prioritising tasks and delegating duties to team members.
  • Encouraging positive workplace behaviours including attitude, integrity, appearance and punctuality.
  • Delivering and encouraging a consistent and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintaining high standards including shop appearance and both the quality and availability of products.
  • Key holder with responsibility for opening and closing the shop.
  • Adhering to and promoting compliance with company policies and legislation. This includes health & safety and food safety.
  • Holding return to work meetings and documented discussions.
  • Managing cash in line with company guidelines.
  • Computer related tasks, such as data entry and recording figures.
