We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll schedule and manage off-site service appointments and act as the main contact between customers and our technician. You’ll help ensure each service visit—whether at a home, business, or fleet location—runs smoothly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with professionalism and accountability
  • Familiarity with dealership software (DMS or CRM) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for all mobile service customers
  • Efficiently schedule and manage mobile service appointments
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and intake at customer locations as needed
  • Clearly explain service needs, costs, and next steps to customers
  • Record concerns, review work orders, and get approvals for extra work
  • Follow up with customers after service is completed
  • Help manage mobile service van inventory and readiness
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and service team for smooth operations
  • Promote dealership services and build strong customer relationships
