Location: Leeds & Yorkshire Area
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesService Delivery• Work as part of a team in & around the Leeds & surrounding areas, delivering routine PPMs to varying M&E services

  • Perform water hygiene monitoring, emergency lighting testing amongst various other duties
  • Complete ongoing minor repairs to the commercial properties within the portfolio
  • Take ownership of areas (including all plant rooms) under JLL control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards

Reporting & Documentation• Complete planned servicing & reactive reports, ensuring that significant events or activities are noted

  • Effectively communicate findings to JLL FM team and management
  • Efficiently and effectively complete eLog books Work Orders that have been allocated
  • Ensure that Work Orders have been acknowledged and completed within SLA

Health & Safety Compliance• Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities

  • Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required
  • Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks

Supply Chain Management• Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works

Essential Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical Qualifications• City & Guilds / NVQ L3 / Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • Background knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems & safety is essential
  • Previous experience within the commercial sector would be preferred but not essential

Personal Skills• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff

  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation
  • Good IT and report writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints
