Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service van Perform scheduled maintenance and light repairs (oil changes, brakes, battery replacement, diagnostics, etc.) Accurately document services performed and communicate with the service team Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly stocked and organized Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership procedures Mobile Service Technician Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $25.00 to $30.00 depending on experience Along with competitive pay we offer… Competitive hourly pay with the potential for overtime pay. Qualifications Mobile Service Technician Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent Ford experience and/or manufacturer certifications are a strong plus Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (Ford experience is a plus) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for work orders and diagnostics Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
