Technician Specific Benefits * Shop/Mobile Van equipped with the newest technology * Uniforms provided * Highly productive shop * Continued education, manufacturer hands on and web-based training * Clean and professional work environment Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities * Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on passenger and light-duty vehicles * Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements, inspections, and more * Use diagnostic tools and onboard technology to assess and resolve issues * Keep detailed service records and communicate findings to clients * Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site Qualifications * Previous experience at an automotive dealership a plus * High school diploma or equivalent Ford certified a plus * Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination * Mechanical and troubleshooting skills * Excellent customer service skills * Basic computer competencies * Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality * Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications * Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check * See hiring manager for details We are an equal opportunity employer.
