Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician for the Nordic Region. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support for our range of AWP products. Your technical know-how will ensure our customers can operate their machinery effectively and safely. Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment at customer sites throughout the Nordic Region. Respond to service requests, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and inventory management. Provide hands-on training and technical support for customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance product design and service offerings. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field. Demonstrated experience as a service technician, preferably in the AWP or heavy machinery sector. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems relevant to AWP. Experience working with clients in the Nordic region is an advantage. Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic Region. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure. Effective communication skills; fluency in English and one or more Nordic languages is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
