We are now seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on servicing and repairing pressure washers at customer sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in servicing or repairing mechanical/electrical equipment (experience with pressure washers an advantage)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full, clean driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills for job reporting and record-keeping

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for visiting our existing customers to carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance on a range of pressure washers and related equipment. This role will suit someone with a mechanical or electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to customer locations across Ireland to service and repair pressure washers
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on site
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and job reports
• Ensure a professional and courteous approach at all times
