We are seeking a skilled Mobile Shear Operator to join our team. Key duties include operating the mobile shear to downsize scrap metal, performing minor equipment maintenance and cleaning, adhering to safety protocols, and accurately documenting work. A background in operating heavy machinery and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.

EXPERIENCE

• Heavy Equipment Experience: Experience operating various heavy equipment, such as excavators and material handlers.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A good understanding of machinery and tools, including their uses and repair, is beneficial.
• Safety Consciousness: A strong commitment to safety is crucial for this role.
• Communication: The ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and clients is important.
