JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a well organised Mobile Supervisor to join our team.As a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing operational support to a team of operatives across multiple sites. You will ensure that quality standards are met on each site, be responsible for covering absences, training, and development of cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structured site visits to ensure cleaning specifications are met and customer expectations are positively managed
• Provide support to cleaning operatives and ensure that sites are run with operational quality and financial effectiveness
• Ensure that all staff are trained in and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures
• Provide hands on cleaning cover, training and support as and when required to cover for staff shortages
• Complete all daily administration requirements, monitor stock levels and distribution

About You

• Previous experience in cleaning or similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and motivating skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods and practices, materials, properties and equipment.
• Proven ability to deliver an efficient, high quality cleaning service.
• Speedy and effective reaction to problems and queries.
• Able to work to time schedules and budgets.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH legislation.
