Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch, or similar platform in a large enterprise
  • Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security)
  • Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, iOS, and Android
  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies
  • Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts
  • Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android

    - Experience in networking, load balancers, and firewalls

Responsibilities
  • Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible for supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure
  • Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation for end user issues.
  • Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.
  • Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.
  • Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.
  • Create operational support documentation.
