We are currently hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) to join our team for a crucial assignment. For this role, candidates must be able to travel to the following postcode FY1.

  • You will be required to reach a central location, which we will inform you about as needed, for your colleague to pick you up.
  • If you don’t have your own transportation, you’ll need to arrange your own way home after your work is done, please note this may be in the early hours of the morning.
  • Please inform us if you own a vehicle and have a full UK driver’s license with fewer than 9 points.

DUTIES:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you’ll play a key part in:

  • Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
  • Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
