Our commitment to excellence is matched only by our dedication to safety and efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Lethbridge, AB.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and managing a team of cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective service. This role involves understanding the customer’s workload and priorities to execute plans that meet their needs while achieving production goals and managing expenses. The Cleaning Supervisor fosters a positive and respectful work environment through strong leadership, driving a culture of safety, and supporting team development and succession planning. This position also focuses on operational improvement and growth, ensuring adequate staffing levels, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with customers to meet their objectives.
Hours of Work:
The normal work schedule for this will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however this schedule may change as business requirements dictate.

SKILLS / SPECIFICATIONS:


    • Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required; Class 1 License is an asset.


      • Steam ticket or certified trade is an asset.


        • Flaring and nitrogen knowledge is an asset.


          • Previous industrial cleaning and process equipment operation experience required.


            • Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps, injection tools, filtration equipment, and lifting devices.


              • 3-5 years of industry and supervisory experience.


                • Previous automation cleaning is considered preferred.


                  • Strong leadership skills.

                  • Strong communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English.

                    • Proficient computer skills.


                      • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.


                        • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety-focused environment.


                          • Must be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

                            Job Type: Full-time

                            Pay: $81,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
