As a Mobile Security Officer, you will provide mobile security services including locks/unlocks, conducting internal and external patrols, responding to alarms, performing property inspections, and delivering escort services. Ensure the safety of people, property, and assets at all times. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour with clients and colleagues. Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Perform various mobile security tasks such as locks/unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections and escort services Maintain a professional, polite and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients, their staff and Securitas colleagues Assist the control room (Mobile Dispatch) with adhoc requests, ensuring smooth distribution and collation of information for current and upcoming shifts Adhere to key management processes, assignment instructions and escalation procedures in case of incidents or emergencies Assist neighbouring branches and participate in investigations or other tasks as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
