You oversee and direct service technicians to ensure efficient repair, maintenance, and customer service. Car allowance Requirements Your Role: Lead and support service technicians daily. Monitor productivity and implement improvements. Resolve technician-related issues. Conduct quality control inspections (QCIs) and safety audits. Travel to technician and customer locations as needed. Promote and enforce safe work habits. Manage technician training and development. Ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives. Provide timely feedback and communication to management. What You Bring: 3-5 years in a high-volume mobile/fleet service environment. 5+ years of truck or automotive repair experience is a plus. Experience managing a remote fleet at a regional/national level. Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance. Proficient in using technology, apps, and online systems. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
