Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday however hours may slightly flex. Call outs given as time in Lieu

We are seeking an apprentice trained Multi-disciplined Technician with a strong mechanical bias to be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities at one of our customer locations in Leeds. The scope of your activities will consist of maintenance to boilers, refrigeration equipment, air handling systems, compressed air systems etc and all the auxiliary and ancillary plants used to support the continued successful delivery of our services to the customer.

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on equipment including pumps, motors, and compressors, utilizing CMMS for documentation
• Diagnose and repair faults while conducting root cause analysis to develop engineering solutions
• Execute planned preventative and reactive maintenance, including emergency call-outs
• Manage maintenance inventory and essential spare parts procurement
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and risk assessments
• Supervise maintenance contractors and coordinate with operations staff
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems while maintaining site housekeeping standards
