Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot telematics devices, GPS tracking systems, dash cams, and related mobile electronics on fleet vehicles (12V–48V systems)
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs to ensure proper system functionality
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Maintain installation and repair documentation
  • Travel to client locations as required (travel costs fully covered)
  • Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile electronics installation (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment electrical systems (12V–48V)
  • Experience with CAN bus systems and OBD-II protocols (an asset)
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, soldering, and diagnostic software
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • MECP Certification (an asset)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
