Your Role * Deliver individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings. * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including concurrent documentation in EHRs. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment. * Participate in team meetings, individual and group supervision, and ongoing training. Responsibilities

The Mobile Therapist will deliver individual and family therapy in various settings and conduct assessments to develop treatment plans. They will also maintain documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
