As our next UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you’ll spend the majority of your time inside Figma, crafting immersive and intuitive experiences across the app. You’ll:

  • Design mobile screens and components that blend modern UX practices with bold, engaging visuals
  • Create and maintain vector-based characters, including new poses and outfits for our mascot Jymbo
  • Revamp and upgrade existing app screens with fresh visuals and UX improvements
  • Illustrate and polish graphical assets like in-app splash screens, status cards, video-game-like items, and collectible graphics
  • Translate feature ideas into end-to-end mockups, flows, and design systems
  • Suggest or storyboard simple animations to enhance your designs, a bonus if you can execute them in Rive (character) or Reanimated (UI)
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketing on product polish and visual storytellin

WHAT YOU’LL DO

YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU…

  • Use Figma extensively and are fluent in Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping
  • Enjoy visual storytelling and building lovable characters, UI graphics, and creative assets
  • Have strong UX fundamentals, you think about hierarchy, flow, accessibility, and micro-interactions
  • Are obsessed with polish and always looking for ways to make a design feel delightful
  • Can balance playful, game-like design with product clarity and usability
  • Have worked on mobile-first design projects or game interfaces
  • Have an eye for motion and know how to communicate animation ideas clearly, either by mockup, writing, or execution
  • Are excited by startup energy: short feedback loops, big ownership, no red tape
