In this groundbreaking role, you will deliver advanced, patient-centered care in the comfort of the patient’s home, working alongside our partner’s interdisciplinary team to provide healthcare where it matters most. What is Mobile Urgent Care Paramedicine? Imagine stepping beyond 911 calls and transport—this is preventative, proactive, and patient-focused paramedicine. You will be on the frontlines of the future of community paramedicine, empowering seniors and medically fragile patients to live safely at home by preventing unnecessary hospitalizations. Key Responsibilities As part of QuikMedic’s Care Model, you will: Perform in-home assessments and urgent care interventions Work in partnership with physicians, nurses, and social workers Respond to patients flagged through remote monitoring and clinical team referrals Participate in patient discharge planning and community follow-ups Operate a fully equipped community vehicle (no ambulance) Deliver high-quality care under progressive protocols tailored to senior patients Conduct home safety checks, patient education, and wellness follow-ups The above are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by the person/people in this position.
