On-going, temp position with potential for permanency & career progression
Our client is a leading Mining Services organisation who are based in prestigious offices in the CBD. An urgent requirement has now become available for an experienced and talented Mobilisation Administrator with the view of permanency, future career progression, for an ASAP start.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous mobilisation experience (2 years)
Excellent communication skills
Process-oriented, systematic and well-organized
High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
Comfortable using a multiple systems concurrently
A proactive approach to answering and resolving enquiries and problems
Strong MS Office skills
Responsibilities
All mobilisation activities including but not limited to: booking flights & accommodation, running ERMS, reference checking, checking police clearance and tickets, organising medicals, drug & alcohol screens and inductions
Regular email and phone communication with clients & shutdown personnel
Assisting with employee records and data base / training matrix management
Preparing site access paperwork for shutdown personnel
