Reporting to the Operations Manager providing support on the set up of new contracts/demobilisations and ongoing works for contracts held in Maximo Commercial & Secure Maximo.
Working with the Data Team and Asset Care Team to ensure all the relevant information is shared and loaded into the systems.
Working with account teams to identify any contractual changes that need to be updated in Maximo
Working with the administration teams to ensure process’s align with contractual requirements
Attending client meetings to discuss system requirements
Updating weekly reporting packs
Data gathering for Secure Maximo and completion of loaders
Preparing Maximo and Click for new contracts
Working with the TSOC & BSOC teams to identify where we can make changes in the system based on contractual requirements
Adhoc system/process training to ensure adherence best practice
Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of new and existing contracts.
