THE ROLE

Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Scheduling and Mobilisation requirements for upcoming civil projects.

PERMANENT MONDAY-FRIDAY ROLE BASED IN SUBIACO, PERTH

We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Booking flights and accommodation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
• Managing mobilisation and de-mobilisation of employees.
• Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
• Client liaison and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
• Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
• General administration duties.
• To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.
