We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised Mobilisation Project Co-ordinator to join us on an 18 month FTC to support the planning and delivery of new community developments across the UK. Working closely with our Head of Mobilisation and various stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our projects stay on track, within budget, and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Co-ordinating project timelines, resources, meetings, and reporting
  • Supporting the mobilisation of new developments and managing key project documentation
  • Monitoring risks and progress through standardised reporting tools and dashboards
  • Assisting in recruitment coordination and OS&E (Operational Supplies & Equipment) planning
  • Ensuring policies and SOPs are current and relevant
  • Playing a key role in cross-departmental communication and continuous improvement
