We are looking for an enthusiastic Mobility Coordinator to join our Auto West BMW Service team. Reporting to our Service Manager, the Mobility Coordinator will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our customers and working with our service team to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies the Auto West Group.
What is the Mobility Coordinator responsible for?
- Responsible for daily management our courtesy car fleet of over 60 vehicles
- Greet and check-in customers in a professional and polite manner
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their mobility needs
- Open and close courtesy car agreements using our software
- Perform vehicle inspections upon check out /in.
- Assess daily reservations and accordingly ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready.
- Work as a team player with fellow staff members to expedite the entire courtesy car process.
- Coordinate the flow of vehicles in our service drive-thru
- Check-out clients picking up their vehicle.
- Schedule service appointments for walk-in clients.
- Perform miscellaneous and administrative job-related duties as assigned.
What should you possess?
- Minimum 2 years previous general customer service experience required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging, polished, and professional attitude.
- Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5 preferred).
- Clean driving record (Candidates will be asked to produce a Driver’s Abstract for review).
