Our mobility techs assist patients in mobility and positioning, activities of daily living, and basic care within critical, medical-surgical, or other acute care hospital units. This role is critical to continue, improve and maintain patient satisfaction results and functional outcomes. Is flexible per needs of the patient and takes direction from the nursing and therapy staff. In this role yo will also lead hospital mobility initiatives through the attendance rounds to discuss mobility levels/scores with other disciplines as well as participating in the training of new technicians

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• Required Associate’s Degree Exercise/Health related field
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Exercise/Health related field
• 1 year Acute Care/Hospital/Patient Care/Rehabilitation Preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association Required
