Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in IOM Niger and direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator (MPA) and in close coordination with the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Regional Office (RO) for West and Central Africa in Dakar and relevant units at Headquarters, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Migrant Response and Resources Mechanism (MRRM)) will be responsible for supporting all aspects of projects/programmes/strategy Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), the development and implementation of the M&E system to strengthen monitoring and evaluation activities, data collection and analysis, reporting, to facilitate learning and recommend continuous improvements, where necessary.

Responsibilities

The officer will support all aspects of project and strategy monitoring and evaluation, including the development and implementation of M&E systems. They will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting to facilitate learning and continuous improvement.
