Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Regional Director (DRD) and overall supervision of the Regional Director (RD) for Asia and the Pacific based in Bangkok, Thailand The Senior Regional Migration Protection and Assistance Specialist acts as a regional thematic resource person; monitors and analyzes regional thematic trends; monitors developments of projects in the thematic areas; supports regional thematic project development, and reviews and endorses projects related to his/her thematic area of expertise in the Asia and the Pacific region.
Responsibilities
The Senior Regional Migration Protection and Assistance Specialist monitors and analyzes regional thematic trends and developments of projects in the thematic areas. They also support regional thematic project development and review and endorse projects related to their area of expertise.
