Requirements What You’ll Do Select and organize equipment for mobilization Assemble mechanical systems based on engineering layouts Pack job boxes, skids, and tubs with precision Use TRACE system to manage and track equipment Document consumables and assign job numbers Load/unload trucks and ensure dimensional accuracy Provide feedback to improve tooling, processes, and programs Redline prints and collaborate with Engineering Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What You Bring High school diploma or GED (preferred) 2-year technical degree (preferred) 1–3 years of experience with mechanical assemblies (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read prints Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile apps Experience with tooling and fixturing (preferred) Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and use of hand tools Work in a dynamic shop environment with moderate noise Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions Certifications & Other Requirements Valid driver’s license (preferred) OSHA 10 Certification IPM Overhead Crane & Forklift Training (required) Valid Forklift License Ability to use mobile apps for time tracking and job management Why Join Us?
