JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As Modality Leader, you will drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for PCS Clinical Accessories portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the go-to person for all topics related to the PSC Clinical Accessories modality across segments and will report to the General Manager Diagnostic Cardiology & PCS Clinical Accessories EAGM.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical/biomedical or healthcare area.
  • Relevant sales experience in healthcare industry (preferably clinical accessories product segment),
  • A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business.
  • Experience in understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills.
  • Persistence in developing prospects and customers, and ability to close business.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to communicate using English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities
  • Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining a high-level customer satisfaction,
  • Driving the sales of PCS Clinical Accessories products lines,
  • Collaborating with the Modality Managers to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment.
  • Preparing and coordinating responses to tenders and validating tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team.
  • Effectively monitoring the market and providing up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality policies and processes.
