We are looking for a Modality Sales Specialist – Imaging (MR/CT) to drive business growth and clinical impact across Romania. In this role, you will combine deep clinical and technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to position Philips imaging solutions as the partner of choice for healthcare providers. You will act as a trusted advisor to radiologists, hospital management, procurement leaders, and technical stakeholders — translating clinical value into business impact. Location: This role could be based in Bucharest or in Cluj-Napoca. Your role As the Modality Sales Specialist Imagining you will: Lead sales execution for assigned imaging modalities, developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and AOP targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding presence in existing accounts and opening new market segments through a strong understanding of clinical workflows and technical configurations. Advise customers on the latest technological innovations, system configurations, and upgrade paths, positioning Philips solutions to address evolving clinical needs and operational challenges. Deliver impactful customer presentations that articulate the clinical, operational, and economic value of our solutions, supporting competitive positioning, tenders, and quotations. Contribute to tender strategy, pricing discussions, and forecast validation, ensuring balanced selling and accurate business projections. Maintain high-quality CRM data, capturing customer interactions, pipeline updates, and sales activities to support forecasting accuracy and strategic planning. Partner with Marketing to provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and customer feedback, strengthening sales tools and go-to-market strategies. Monitor industry trends and healthcare policy developments across Romania, translating insights into actionable growth strategies. Provide structured reporting and performance analysis to support continuous improvement within the sales organization. You’re the right fit if You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in diagnostic imaging sales, clinical sales support, or modality specialization within healthcare. You bring a strong understanding of imaging modalities (MR/ CT) You have experience supporting or leading public tenders and complex capital equipment sales cycles. You are fluent in Romanian and English. You are willing to travel across Romania. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
