We are seeking a highly skilled Model-Driven App Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, particularly in Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate excels at designing scalable low-code enterprise applications, integrating with Dynamics 365 and external systems, automating complex workflows, and ensuring strong governance and performance across environments. This role is ideal for someone with a hybrid background in development, automation, system integration, support, and architecture, capable of delivering end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft business applications platform. Key ResponsibilitiesModel-Driven App Development Design, build, and customize model-driven applications using Dataverse as the core data layer. Develop entities, forms, views, business rules, charts, dashboards, and security roles. Implement business process flows (BPFs) to standardize and optimize operational workflows. Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, maintainability, and user experience. Power Platform Engineering Build scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Create reusable components, templates, and connectors to accelerate solution delivery. Integrate Power Platform solutions with: Dynamics 365 Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online SQL Server / Oracle On-premises gateways REST / SOAP APIs Automation & Workflow Development Automate end-to-end business processes using Power Automate cloud flows. Implement governance standards, error handling, logging, and monitoring for enterprise workflows. Optimize flow performance and troubleshoot failures across environments. Data Modeling & Business Intelligence Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business logic, and data validation frameworks. Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for actionable insights. Use Power Query and DAX to transform data and support analytics requirements. Environment Governance & DevOps Manage solutions across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod). Implement ALM practices, including solution packaging, version control (Git), and Azure DevOps pipelines. Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs. Provide technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans. Support & Optimization Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in apps, flows, and integrations. Perform QA testing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement activities. Train and mentor users, developers, and citizen developers.
