Description
Duties and Responsibilities: * Open and close model homes * Monitor homes on an hourly basis * Greet all guests to the Signature Home Collection Center * Route real estate informational questions as directed by the Supervisor * Keep a record of traffic flow and turns in daily to sales office * Responsible for keeping homes stocked with collateral materials * Replace light bulbs as necessary * Perform other job related duties as requested by supervisor * Assist in administrative duties when required * Assist with Marketing initiatives * Maintain and engage real estate prospects through the sales database * Recognize and reports any needed repairs or warranty work * Regular inspections of homes to insure the SHC Center maintains the necessary high standards   Safety Responsibilities and Requirements: * Perform job responsibilities and operate equipment according to the company safety and training programs * Report safety or hazard concerns to management * Report any on the job injury to management * Take personal responsibility for safety every day   Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education: * Minimum two years work experience in a guest contact area * Excellent communication skills with outgoing personality * Display a strong degree of professionalism at all times * Display neat and professional appearance at all times * Experience with computer operation, Microsoft Office
