We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Model Validator to join our team. The Model Validator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all models used within our organization. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough and comprehensive validation of all models used within the organization - Develop and implement testing plans to ensure accuracy and reliability of models - Identify and report any issues or discrepancies found during the validation process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are meeting business requirements - Document all validation processes and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes - Communicate validation results and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in model validation or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and data analysis - Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
