Introduction We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Moderation Trainer. This role will report directly to our Training Lead. In this role, your main responsibilities are: Responsibility Conceptualize training sessions based on data and research; Create training strategies and initiatives; Test and review created training methods; Maintain a database of all training sessions; Instruct employee training and onboarding; Review employee performance and learning; Conduct training classes on policy/product; Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for any identified knowledge issues. Key skills and experience Bachelors degree in any related field; Vietnamese local; proficient in English 4 skills (at least C1 level); At least 1-2 years experience in training; solid training and coaching skills experience; Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus; Training Needs Analysis knowledge and/ or experience is a plus; Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and Internet applications; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing; Knowledge of people learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency; Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content. Benefits 1.
