We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the Livermore, California region. Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, and 401(k) Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions Paid vacation, holidays, and flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Significant investment in industry-leading technology A supportive culture with the resources you need to be successful in your territory Job Description Responsibilities: Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory Previous experience selling to dental offices, dental labs and medical professionals Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional Information Expected base salary range of $55,000 to 65,000 plus uncapped eligibility for commissions.
