In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Modern Trade, Key Account Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh for business expansion. Within Business Operations Department, the Modern Trade, Key Account Manager will report to Group Key Account Manager. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management & Business Growth Develop and implement annual business plans for assigned key accounts. Manage trade terms, listing, pricing, promotions, and profitability for each account. Lead sell-in and sell-out strategies to deliver sales targets. Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve objectives. Field Execution & Market Visit Conduct regular field visits to ensure in-store compliance with planograms, promotions, and pricing. Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform account strategies. Work closely with pharmacist/ stores sellers ensure flawless execution. Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term partnerships with key customers at both HQ and store level. Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans aligned with company strategy. Resolve operational and supply chain issues promptly to maintain service level excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to align plans and resources. Provide input for forecasts, activation calendars, and new product launches. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on account performance, ROI of trade programs, and field observations. QUALIFICATIONS Educational background Bachelor’s degree in Business/Pharmaceutical. Professionnal experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with multinational companies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Skilled in business case development and able to take the lead when collaborate for projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated time management and problem solving skills alongside sharp business acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics. Ability to travel within the region as required. Number of working year experience: 5 Number of working years’ experience in the position: 2 Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, etc.) Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required. Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Presentation, Word…) Pivot & data filter and analysis. Presentation.
