Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Break from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM)

Salary: AED 5,000 (all-inclusive) + Incentives based on target achievement

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Supervisor to lead and manage our key accounts team in the FMCG food trading sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with key clients. This role is critical in ensuring the company’s growth through effective account management, sales strategy execution, and team leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the FMCG food trading industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of FMCG products, market dynamics, and key account management.
Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regularly visit clients and key accounts to strengthen relationships and gather insights on their needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and ensure the team is equipped to present them effectively.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
