ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS: For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Drive execution of scale adoption plans for Copilot, Security-first practices, and Azure workloads. Create and evolve playbooks for repeatable adoption strategies across multiple agencies. Coordinate CSAMs, CSAs, and extended teams to deliver adoption engagements at scale. Manage communications plans for internal and external stakeholders. Land corporate-led success programmes within Singapore Public Sector. Enable security-first AI practices (e.g. Cyber Incident Response Plans, Sentinel penetration). Track adoption metrics, derive insights, and report progress to leadership. Ensure compliance with public sector governance and standards. Partner with CSAMs and leadership to align priorities and remove blockers. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft 365 Copilot (Hands‑on) - Practical experience enabling Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing, identity (Entra ID), app integrations, and compliance-aware deployment. Microsoft Graph (Applied) - Ability to design solutions that consume Graph signals to improve Copilot outputs; understanding of permission inheritance and service boundaries in Microsoft 365. Modern Work Foundation - Strong knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Power Platform integration patterns in enterprise collaboration scenarios. Security & Governance - Familiarity with Purview/Zero Trust principles, data residency, privacy, and audit requirements for Modern Work workloads. Enablement & Communication - Experience crafting adoption plans, training materials, and prompt‑writing guidance for business users. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 10 years of IT experience.
