We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Senior Analyst to design, develop, and enhance Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions that drive business success. Responsibilities Contribute to the development and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions. Design, develop, and implement modern workplace technologies based on business requirements. Collaborate effectively with team members to understand needs and deliver technical solutions. Participate actively in team discussions and share insights to address work-related challenges. Develop and maintain components of modern workplace solutions with a focus on quality and usability. Identify and help resolve common technical issues using practical approaches. Continuously build knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and related tools to enhance development capabilities. Support the team by sharing learning and best practices from project experiences. Requirements Must-have: Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Malaysian citizenship (no visa sponsorship; local candidates only). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. Beginner proficiency in Microsoft 365. Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development. Beginner proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Graph. Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert in modern workplace technologies. Effective collaboration and communication skills for team discussions and technical solution delivery.
