Role Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced Modern Work Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Partner, supporting enterprise and SMB customers across Microsoft Modern Work solutions. Key Responsibilities: Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Handle tenant setup, user management, license assignment, security policies, and compliance configurations Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Office 365 workloads Work closely with internal teams, distributors, and Microsoft CSP ecosystems to deliver Modern Work solutions Support customer onboarding, migrations, and post-deployment operations Ensure best practices for security, governance, and performance across Modern Work platforms Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational processes Required Skills & Experience: 7–8 years of total IT experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 administration Mandatory experience working with a Microsoft Distributor or Microsoft CSP Partner Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive Good understanding of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID), licensing, and security concepts Experience handling multiple customer tenants in a partner-managed environment Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills Good to have: Microsoft certifications related to Modern Work or Office 365 (preferred, not mandatory) Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers Exposure to migrations (email, files, collaboration workloads) Why Join Us: Young Team, Thriving Culture Flat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture.
