Practical Information: Location: Sydney, Australia | Reports to: Solutions Director - Productivity | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Learn more: crayon.com/au As our new Presales Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the presales team by driving strategic conversations around Modern Work and acting as an interface between business and technology. You will identify and develop business opportunities for our Modern Work services, collaborate with Solution Specialists and Account Managers to engage with customers, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements. Key responsibilities will include Engaging in presales by identifying customer needs, supporting proposition drawing, collaborating with Crayon Cloud Services team to propose and deliver tailored solutions to customers within the Cloud Adoption Framework Driving collaboration with the Sales and Delivery team, supporting sales by identifying opportunities and initiating first conversations with customers Evaluating cloud migration efforts and guiding customers in assessing the impact of cloud migration initiatives Solution-selling, aligning services to customer needs and delivering value which includes presenting customised solutions and creating proposals Developing a strong understanding of cloud computer concepts, architectures and the technical features of our services Your Competencies 3 years’ experience in presales in a similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace security (Defender, Pureview etc.) Hold at least two of the following certifications: MS-900, SC-900, SC-200, SC-300, MS-102 Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT experience About You You can translate complex technical information into clear business-friendly language tailored to various audiences You are ambitious and goal-oriented with a desire for achievement or distinction to reach goals You are solution-oriented and capable of evaluating, analysing and making clear decisions to effectively resolve problems What's on Offer?
