About the role... The Modern Workplace Adoption Specialist will support initiatives that strengthen employees’ ability to effectively use Microsoft 365 and related Digital Workplace tools. The role will focus on enabling new ways of working, driving user adoption, improving productivity, and ensuring that the organisation maximises value from its technology investments. The organisation has undergone a significant reorganisation, including a reduction of the workforce designed to strengthen operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. It is essential that the workforce are fully equipped to make the most of the digital tools and services available to them. The Modern Workplace Adoption Specialist will therefore play a key role in helping colleagues adapt, embrace new digital ways of working, and maximise productivity across the organisation. This role is contract for 6 months with possibility of extension. What will you do... Lead and execute change management and digital adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace initiatives Apply formal change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI / ADKAR) to support organizational transitions Design and deliver end-user enablement programs, including training, communications, and adoption campaigns Partner with IT, business leaders, and product owners to align adoption efforts with business objectives Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, accessible, and role-based messaging for end users Develop and maintain change, communication, training, and adoption documentation Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and engagement data to continuously improve outcomes Act as a trusted advisor on digital workplace best practices and user experience optimization Required Qualifications... BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Formal change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent) Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Office applications, Microsoft Viva, Power Apps Proven experience in digital adoption, change management, and end-user enablement Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Behavioral Attributes...
