MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3.5+ years working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra, Defender, and Sentinel
• Strong experience in Unified Endpoint Management and identity management
• Confident supporting both technical environments and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - this is a must!
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a well-established technology solutions provider, is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer (MWE) to support both internal systems and external client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity technologies.
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients adopt and optimise modern workplace solutions while also supporting the organisation’s internal systems. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and salespeople, acting as a bridge between technical capability and business value.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants variety, ownership, and room to grow, whether you’re an experienced MWE or a rising talent eager to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to define and implement modern workplace tech stacks
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments, Intune, Autopilot, Entra, and UEM solutions
• Develop and monitor conditional access policies and provide cybersecurity guidance
• Act as an internal systems administrator and external consultant
• Present solutions to stakeholders and support sales with technical product knowledge
• Work with the Solutions Manager to package and refine service offerings
• Stay up to date with certifications and emerging cloud technologies
