About this role We are looking for a hands-on Modern Workplace Specialist to implement and continuously improve how our people use Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Agents and Microsoft Power Platform to get work done – safely and at scale. You’ll translate business requirements into practical solutions while improving and upholding governance and guardrails that let citizen development thrive while minimising risk. Key Responsibilities Design solutions that turn business requirements in to secure, supportable AI and low-code solutions. Often integrating with Power Automate, Microsoft 365 and other services. Optimise agent interactions using effective prompt engineering patterns; troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues end-to-end. Manage and maintain Power Platform environments, including monitoring citizen led development and ensuring architectural guardrails and governance are upheld. Assist with governance controls (environment strategy, guardrails, testing/evaluation pipelines) and comply with firm policies and standards. Partner and communicate effectively across Digital and business stake holders. Skills and Experience Experience working with GenAI/LLMs and AI agent platforms (creation, integration, deployment, optimisation and management). Proficiency with Python and experience integrating with back-end APIs. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and the Power Platform for low-code automation. Experience maintaining Power Platform environments and implementing governance controls. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate technical detail clearly and collaborating across teams. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Active Directory and integration patterns (custom connectors). Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management and CI/CD practices in a Microsoft environment. Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail with the ability to work independently while building effective partnerships.
