REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed MBO or HBO degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
  • Experience in strategic IT projects or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with server configuration (e.g., Camrecord) is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus.
  • This position requires regular travel between our locations in Alkmaar and Amsterdam.
  • Willingness to take part in occasional on-call duties during off-hours.
Responsibilities

As a member of the IT support team, you support with day-to-day questions and tasks. Being the workspace specialist, you focus more on technical consultancy and strategic input. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager and System Engineer to guide the evolution of our Microsoft 365 environment and support our digital infrastructure at a higher level.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Improving and managing processes within Microsoft 365.
  • Supporting and guiding integration projects across teams.
  • Taking part in project strategy and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Participating in vision and feasibility discussions with the IT manager.
  • Acting as a technical consultant to the System Engineer.
  • Providing 3rd-line support for complex issues.
  • Manage and configure Camrecord servers as part of secondary responsibilities.
